Since 2004, the Vatsolakis family has been importing premium, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Greece — harvested from our own olive trees and from the surrounding community.
It all began with our father, Stelios Vatsolakis, who was passionate about sharing the bold, honest flavors of his homeland.
We first introduced our olive oil through Shoreline Foods, our family-owned grocery store in downtown Pensacola. It quickly became a local favorite — a true reflection of our heritage, our values, and the community we proudly served.
When a fire tragically closed our store in September 2024, we chose to carry on our father’s legacy. Today, Shoreline Olive Oil continues as a tribute to him, to our Cretan roots, and to the loyal customers who’ve supported us from the beginning.
